Exchange Policy – No Refunds

At Racks Galore, we want you to love your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges only.

30-Day Exchange Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at racksgalorebusiness@gmail.com.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

⚠️ Note: Items sent back without an approved exchange request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with an exchange.

Europeans Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
